Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you order from Poetry and Flowers Studio, Green Acres Society, Pune 411048, Maharashtra (“we”, “us”). By paying the advance, you agree to them. Please also read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and AI & Content Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. What we offer

• Custom Wedding Invite Video — ₹4,000. A film of up to 60 seconds in vertical 9:16 MP4, optimised for WhatsApp & Instagram, with invite text in English, Hindi or Marathi at no extra cost and 2 rounds of revisions.
• Rush delivery (add-on) — +₹1,999. Your invite is delivered within 24 hours of your story call. Paid in full with the advance.
• WhatsApp Guest Concierge (add-on, only with an invite order) — ₹14,999. A WhatsApp assistant for up to 500 guests, set up with your wedding details and live until the end of your wedding day. Guest replies are in English. A 50% advance books it, and the balance is due before it goes live.

All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of all taxes. No specific resolution is promised. The film is made for your personal, non-commercial sharing.

2. How it works

There are two ways to begin:

• Story call first (recommended): book a free 15-minute story call. After the call, we send a Razorpay link for the 50% advance.
• Reserve your date first: message us on WhatsApp and pay the 50% advance to hold your date, then book your story call.

Either way, production starts when your story call is completed. We then make your film, share it for revisions, and deliver the final file once the balance is paid.

3. Payment

• 50% advance, paid through a Razorpay link we send on WhatsApp (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). There is no payment on our website.
• The rush fee, if you choose rush delivery, is paid in full with the advance.
• The balance is due before final delivery.

4. The story call

You can reschedule your story call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you miss it without notice, we’ll offer a new time when we can.

5. What you give us, and your promises

You’ll share 8–15 photos, your story, and your invite text. By sharing them, you confirm that:

• you own them or have permission to use them, including any photos of other people;
• the names, details and text you give us are accurate and you may use them;
• any music, logos or other material you ask us to include is yours to use, or licensed to you.

We may refuse, or stop working on, content that is explicit, defamatory, misleading, infringes someone’s rights, shows people who haven’t agreed to it, or is otherwise unlawful. See our AI & Content Policy.

6. Delivery

Your film is ready in 5–7 working days after your story call is completed and your photos are received, or within 24 hours of your story call with rush delivery. Timelines pause while we wait for your photos, text or feedback, and restart when we receive them. Delivery is digital only — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Revisions

• 2 rounds of revisions are included. Please send each round as one list of changes, within 7 days of delivery.
• Extra rounds are ₹499 each.
• A revision is a change within the story we agreed: wording, names, dates, timings, the order or length of scenes, music choice, or small visual adjustments.
• A new brief is a different story, a new set of photos, a different couple, or a change of format. We’ll quote for a new brief separately before starting it.

8. AI-made likenesses

We make your film with AI-powered cinematic tools and a human creative team. Scenes and likenesses are generated from your photos and may not be exact. Nothing is filmed or photographed by us.

9. Your film and creative rights

We keep the creative rights in the films we make. Once the balance is paid, you may share your film anywhere for personal use — including WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media — with family and friends. Your film is for personal, non-commercial use.

We will only use your film in our portfolio or in our ads with your written permission.

Your photos, story details and project files are deleted from our systems and from the AI tools we use within 30 days of final delivery, or sooner on request. We keep your finished film for 6 months so you can download it again, or delete it sooner on request. Please keep your own copy of the final film.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Your advance, and any rush fee, are fully refundable until your story call is completed. After that they are non-refundable. The concierge advance is fully refundable until setup starts, and non-refundable after that. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Our liability

We take great care with every film. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as a guest missing a function. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

12. Things outside our control

If something beyond our reasonable control — such as an outage at WhatsApp, a payment provider or an AI tool, or a serious illness — delays your film, we’ll tell you promptly and do everything we can to deliver in time.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can’t be resolved by talking to us first (including through our Grievance Officer), the courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you paid your advance applies to your order.
