How you receive your invite
Your finished film is a vertical 9:16 MP4, sent to you on WhatsApp or as a download link. There is no physical product and no shipping, so there are no shipping charges.
When
- Standard: 5–7 working days after your story call is completed and your photos are received.
- Rush delivery: within 24 hours of your story call.
Timelines pause while we’re waiting for your photos, invite text or feedback, and pick up again as soon as we have them. The final file is sent once the balance is paid (before final delivery).
WhatsApp Guest Concierge
If you’ve added the concierge, it is set up on WhatsApp with your wedding details and stays live until the end of your wedding day.
Keep a copy
We keep your finished film for 6 months so you can download it again, or delete it sooner on request. Your photos, story details and project files are deleted from our systems and from the AI tools we use within 30 days of final delivery, or sooner on request. Please download and keep your final film safely. No specific resolution is promised.
