The short version
- Your 50% advance — and the rush fee (₹1,999), if you chose rush delivery — are fully refundable until your story call is completed.
- Production starts when your story call is completed. From then on, the advance and any rush fee are non-refundable.
- The balance is due before final delivery.
If you reserved your date first
If you paid the advance to reserve your date before your story call, it stays fully refundable until the call is completed.
WhatsApp Guest Concierge
The concierge is booked with a 50% advance, and the balance is due before it goes live. The concierge advance is fully refundable until setup starts, and non-refundable after that.
Rescheduling instead of cancelling
You can move your story call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Rescheduling doesn’t affect your refund rights.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 86559 64107) or email aishwarya@poetryandflowersstudio.site with your name and wedding date, and tell us you’d like to cancel. We’ll confirm on WhatsApp.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay — the same UPI, card, net banking or wallet you paid with. We initiate an approved refund within 7 working days, and confirm on WhatsApp when we have. Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show it in your account.
Extra revisions
2 rounds of revisions are included. Extra rounds (₹499 each) are non-refundable once we’ve started work on them.
If we can’t deliver
In the rare case that we have to cancel your order ourselves, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid for work we haven’t delivered.
